Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 14, 2022, Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that PCS12852 successfully improves the clinical symptoms associated with Gastroparesis in its Phase 2A trial.
