Organization and Business - Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Formerly Heatwurx, Inc.) (Processa, the Company) is an asphalt repair equipment and technology company. Effective October 23, 2017 we changed our Companys name to Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. See Note 9 below. |
