Basis of Presentation - These consolidated financial statements and related notes are presented in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (U.S. GAAP) and are expressed in U.S. dollars. The Companys consolidated financial statements include Dr. Pave, LLC and Dr. Pave Worldwide, LLC; both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, which are represented in the Companys discontinued operations (Note 6). All intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in the consolidated financial statements. |
